68 Broadwick Street

London

2023

We were asked to refurbish and reconfigure two floors of a new workspace that faced out onto Broadwick Street and Marshall Street, London.

The floors are accessed through a new double-height reception space that looks out onto the street with loose furniture and planting arranged as objects within the space and framed by large glazing.

The reception desk and raised planters are sculptural, standalone objects clad in ceramic fluted tiles. These are contrasted against soft, recessed and pendant lighting which is placed within the centre of the double-height space.

Soft seating is placed beneath a staircase to provide comfort alongside integrated shelving and lighting. A polished concrete floor runs through the space with a buff gravel inlay to the feature pieces.
