The design seeks to provide a ‘villagefeel’that prioritises shared spaces for residents with cycling and walking preferred over car use. The new landscaped spaces will be sensitively integrated into the existing site’s protected trees, whilst the development’s arrangement will mediate the proximity of a nearby highway.
As well as residential units, the design alsoinclude commercial spacesand a series of retail units for residents and visitors.
