The existing office building will be refurbished and extended to provide high-quality Grade A workspace for local businesses. This sustainable development prioritises energy efficiency, innovative green technologies, and a new facade that blends with the surroundings.
Colmore Gate's design minimises its environmental impact and enhances occupant well-being. The project aims to reduce energy consumption, promote sustainable transportation, and decrease the building's carbon footprint. The development also revitalises the urban environment, promotes biodiversity, and offers communal spaces like a 7,600 sqft terrace on Level 10, making it a vibrant hub for the community.
The development will be car-free, promoting active travel modes like cycling and running. A circular economy approach will be applied to materials, aiming to reuse and recycle wherever possible.
