Like many fashion retailers, our clients at Grace Han wanted to express their brand by creating a much richer experience than might be found in a conventional shop. More collaboration than commission, the result is a sequence of gallery-like spaces for visitors to discover.
The boutique, on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, is located in a nineteenth-century building previously used as a wine bar. Each level was quite discrete, so we introduced a new feature stair to give the space a better flow, leading visitors down to an intimate lower-level display and sitting area.
