Our work for Prestbury Investment Holdings covers a number of buildings within the High Holborn Estate, an island site in London’s rapidly changing Midtown area. The brief was to upgrade and modernise the existing buildings, retaining the unique identity of each.
The first project to be completed, High Holborn House, has repositioned the building so it appeals to a broad range of potential tenants. Our work included two new reception areas, alongside refurbished lifts, stairs and terrace spaces.
